On Friday 17th of April 2015 Paul Shearsmith, Keisuke Matsui and Catrinel Doran will be joined by Grahame Painting on cello and Jean Lee - dancer and choreographer from South Korea - in a quest to alternate motion and stillness as a means to interrogate fragmented, disjointed narratives satisfying the ever growing society of selves. It is all due to the generosity of Eduard Solaz who enabled us 'to be' in the 'space as one's mind' , that is i'klectik Art Lab.
[...] for we are often seduced by the act of questioning even when the answer may lie well out of our earthly techno-reach. underCOVER MUSIC & PERFORMANCE stems from a broader initiative and the perplexity in front of those questions hard to answer.It is the first event in a series that aims at bringing together visual artists, musicians, performers,lay-men and women, heroes we never see, groups united by a cause, writers and beasts. It is curated by Catrinel Doran and hosted by the 'space as one's mind' at i'klectik Art Lab.
